Range Hood Touch Panel Replacement

Great Experience

Proline was great to work with. I had a used Wolf hood that I wanted to use. they let me bro into to see what was needed and were very willing to assist me on going that route. I ended up buying f a new Proline hood instead and when I worked with the installer, decided to go with a different model. Carson and Jen at Proline were very supportive in me exchanging the hood. I would use Promone again in a heartbeat and love the 54” hood we purchased.

I cannot find fault with this product

I cannot find fault with this product. It is powerful and reasonably quiet for an in-unit blower. The controls are well placed and offer flexibility, with the speeds ranging from quiet speed to "take off" speed. It is very good looking, good quality stainless steel, and least of all the customer service is terrific. The support staff is easily reached, are real people to help you, and the resolutions accurate, if you need them at all. If I need another fan in the future, this is the brand I'll go to.

LOVE the hood

LOVE the hood. Just as nice as the pictures showed, plus it works great. Would have liked to choose the color temperature for the bulbs (they are super blue/white), but that's a minor thing.
