High Efficiency Range Hoods

Every Proline HE range hood uses a variable frequency drive (VFD)—motor-control technology commonly used in commercial ventilation—engineered into a residential range hood. The system converts standard 120V single-phase household power into a controlled three-phase output for the HE blower motor. By continuously adjusting the motor’s frequency and voltage, it provides smooth, precise airflow control across the blower’s designed operating range instead of limiting you to four fixed speeds.


Available in 1200 and 1700 CFM local configurations and as well as 1300 CFM inline across wall-mounted, island, insert, and under-cabinet models, with 304 stainless-steel and outdoor-rated options. Every HE hood includes a 10-year warranty and is ETL Listed.
