The ProVI is a Proline original—a classic, professional-style island range hood designed for powerful ventilation and precise variable-speed control. Available in sizes from 36 to 60 inches, this customizable hood allows you to select the blower and stainless-steel finish that best fit your kitchen.

The ProVI does not include a blower. Choose from compatible local, inline, and high-efficiency blower options. Its variable-speed knob gives you precise control over airflow, allowing you to use quieter ventilation for everyday cooking and increase the power when handling heavy smoke, steam, grease, or heat.

What is Proline’s Warranty?

All Proline Range Hoods come with a 3-year limited warranty covering parts and labor in the first year, and parts only in years two and three. All Proline gas ranges and gas cooktops come with a limited 1-year warranty covering parts and labor. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and installation site, excluding damage from misuse, improper installation, or certain appliance setups. Warranty claims must be filed within 10 days of defect discovery. Customer-submitted images grant DZV Distributing LLC rights to use such content. Proline is not liable for incidental damages. Contact customer service for any claims or questions; specific legal rights may vary by state.

How fast do I get my hood?

Quick Processing: Orders ship within 1-2 business days after being placed.

Large Items: For hoods larger than 40 inches, we use LTL freight with a trusted partner for extra protection. Heads Up: The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment, so be prepared!

Fast Delivery: Expect your order to arrive within 3-8 business days.

What is the Return Policy?

Returns for non-defective items may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within this timeframe, and we will work with you to repair, replace, or fully refund the item at no cost to you. We’ll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you'll get your refund even more quickly. This time frame includes: Transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days). Time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). Time it takes your bank to process our refund request is 5 to 10 business days).

Why do damages need to be reported within 5 business days?

The carriers require a 5-day window for reporting any damage after accepting the shipment! Check your product as soon as you receive it to make sure there’s no damage! Please report any damage or defects to Proline within the first 5 days of delivery.

What does final assembly in the US mean?

Proline conducts final assembly domestically for greater control over quality.
Rigorous Inspection: Components, like stainless steel panels and motors, are tested for performance and durability before assembly.
Finish Perfection: During assembly, we verify that each range hood has a flawless finish, refinishing or improving stainless steel if needed to remove any scratches or imperfections.
Performance Testing: Motors, airflow, lighting, and electronic components are tested to meet our high standards.
Quality Assurance: Issues are addressed on the spot, reducing defects and ensuring consistency.

I needed to order something as simple as replacement lights... they sent them without any issues, very pleased with the after-sale support.

ProVI 48" 304 stainless with variable 1300CFM blower- Extremely pleased!

After meticulously researching island hoods for over two years while planning our home build, we finally discovered the perfect centerpiece for our kitchen. Our vision was clear: a high-grade 304 stainless steel hood with an inline blower that would complement our island featuring a built-in gas cooktop—the focal point of our open-concept floor plan.

Despite our appliance supplier not carrying Proline products (they suggested an alternative that paled in comparison to the ProVI's sleek, minimalist design), we were determined to acquire the ProVI hood with an inline blower that hardly anyone else carries. The customer service team at Proline was extraordinary throughout our purchasing journey. Every team member demonstrated remarkable product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for helping us realize our kitchen vision.

A couple of packaging notes. When our hood arrived, it was in three separate boxes (hood, blower, and chimney) secured on a pallet. We noticed a couple of issues with the packaging from delivery—1. the hood container had sustained minor damage at two of the cardboard corners but Proline's inner packaging design ensured the contents remained protected. 2. The blower box was pushed into the chimney box due to tight wrapping when palletized. This caused the chimney box to bend in slightly and created a small crease at the top of the chimney. Fortunately, this should be hidden by the ceiling trim, and the chimney remained straight and flat. This is something Proline might want to address in their packaging process but all is well in the end.

We fully unboxed the hood and blower system, connected a male plug to the blower, and plugged it into the hood. The performance exceeded our expectations: the powerful 1300 CFM blower, even at half speed, operated with remarkable quietness while maintaining impressive extraction power. Once properly installed, we're confident it will allow for comfortable conversation while cooking (though at higher speeds it might just be powerful enough to whisk a few shrimp right out of the wok!).

We now eagerly await our kitchen installation to see this stunning hood in its proper place, completing the heart of our home with both beauty and functionality.
