Shipping Information

Ground Shipping: Most in-stock items ship via Carrier Ground within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday after noon will ship the following week (excluding holidays).

Freight Shipping: Oversized or heavy items are shipped via Freight within 5-7 business days. Freight shipments require a signature and are delivered curbside or in your driveway.

Risk of Loss: If your shipment isn’t received within two full days after the carrier’s estimated delivery date, contact us immediately. Claims must be made within 5 days from shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. If reported within the first 5 days, returns are processed without penalty. After 5 days, a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs apply.

Ground Shipments: If notified within 5 days, we cover return shipping; after 5 days, a 20% fee and shipping costs are charged.

Freight Shipments: The customer is responsible for return shipping and must insure the package.

Exchange Process: If you’re not satisfied, request an exchange within 5 days of delivery. Replacement hoods are of equal or lesser value; freight items may incur additional charges.

Ensure the product is uninstalled, repackaged in the original box with all accessories, and in new condition.

Refunds

For a full refund, notify us within 5 days of delivery and return the product in perfect, uninstalled condition with all original packaging. Returns after 5 days (up to 30 days) incur a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs.

NO REFUND on installed, custom-cut, or altered hoods/chimneys, if damage isn’t reported within 5 days, or if any accessories/packaging is missing. Refunds are not available after 30 days.
