I really like this range. No computer board to break. It seems sturdy. It is very appealing. The cooling fan does run a long time after the oven is shut off but still getting a feel for it
Looks great was well packaged and protected for shipping and was an easy install replacing a slightly deeper and wider unit.

Well let me see, it hasn’t been installed as of yet. The ordering process was smooth and straightforward. The shipping was fast. But the packaging was kinda beat up, and the bottom of the box was open. But after inspection it appears to be ok. And I think everything that’s supposed to be included was still there. So time will tell. I’m hoping for the best.
Like to thank Fabiola of Proline Range Hoods for her help to obtain a new circuit board and a new touch panel for our 10 year old PLJW 129.36 range hood. It is really helpful when you send pictures and the supplier actually knows how to distinguish between many similar but non-identical replacement parts. I finally had a chance to install them myself and everything worked perfectly the first time, which is always a good sign. Hopefully these parts will last 10 or more years going forward.

Exactly what I needed. A little tricky to line up before you can twist in place but after a few tries, it was all set.

It’s not installed yet, still building out cabinets and hood cover but opened box and tested..all in good working order.
The initial delivery had a noticeablel dent on the lower left side looking at it from the front. I explained with photos how it arrived. Proline initiated a free pick up order, and replaced it with another gas range - at no additional cost to me. Replacement looks perfect. Hopefully in about 3 weeks our remodel contractor will have it hooked and fired up. Looking forward to it - since my wife is a heavy duty cooking ace.

I had to wait 5 months, but the replacement filters finally became available. ProLine was courteous and professional.

I really like my Proline vented hood. We have a covered screened in patio with outside kitchen. Our grill is 42” wide so we went with the 48” wide outdoor island vented hood. It handles all the smoke no matter what I am grilling.
