Easy install
We are very happy with our Proline range hood! Fast shipping and came well packaged. The install wasn’t bad but I do wish it would be more clear on the additional items you might need for a full install, metal tubing, different types of wall anchors etc. The unit works really well, and built well also. We noticed a tiny scratch on the hood on the rear side reached out to Proline, they definitely took care of us. 5 stars overall and will be buying more products from them in the future.

An electrical component on my specialty range hood failed after 1 year, but McKenzie sent me replacement parts under warranty and I was able to get it working again, which was good beause we use the range hood almost daily
I am really pleased with this product. It looks sharp! My contractor’s two employees had this range hood and the recirculating kit installed in 90 minutes.

I really like this range. No computer board to break. It seems sturdy. It is very appealing. The cooling fan does run a long time after the oven is shut off but still getting a feel for it
