Fantastic hood! I had an initial motherboard burnout that was really helpfully and quickly resolved (Mckenzie N.). We got the thirty inch PLFW 115. This thing extracts a massive amount of air and is worth the extra bucks from cheaper versions.
Love the look of this Range Hood insert. Was quite a challenge getting into our custom hood but my husband pulled it off. It lights up the kitchen nicely in the evening and works quietly.
We are still in the middle of of the install have to make some modification's a order is still coming

I cannot find fault with this product. It is powerful and reasonably quiet for an in-unit blower. The controls are well placed and offer flexibility, with the speeds ranging from quiet speed to "take off" speed. It is very good looking, good quality stainless steel, and least of all the customer service is terrific. The support staff is easily reached, are real people to help you, and the resolutions accurate, if you need them at all. If I need another fan in the future, this is the brand I'll go to.

LOVE the hood. Just as nice as the pictures showed, plus it works great. Would have liked to choose the color temperature for the bulbs (they are super blue/white), but that's a minor thing.

The workmanship of the stainless steel is beautiful. The shipping box packaging was excellent. The online video is helpful, but you definitely need two strong men to hold up and attach the Range Hood Fan into the aside cabinets, to get it just right. The Fan is very solid and heavy to hold up while another person screws it into the side cabinets. We actually used 2x4's to help support the Fan while it was being attached. We did not need to attach wood supports to our back wall. Be sure to slowly peel off all of the blue protective coating from the fan and the removable grates. Upon receiving your order you have 5 days to call Customer Service about shipping or product issues! We received both the Recirculating Box and Range Hood Fan in EXCELLENT CONDITION. Also helpful was watching the unboxing video - Just an easy lift up and out. It is absolutely beautiful and it was worth the money. Completes our kitchen. I was glad to give up counter space for our new microwave!

Previous reviews said difficult to install. I had no problems installing with a cabinet jack. It matches our GE Cafe dual fufl stove exactly and works great. The remote is especially nice.
The charcoal filters are truly life-changing, albeit a tad spendy.

The installation went very well without any major hurdles. As a contractor, I really appreciate when a product lives up to the specs and arrives ready to go.
