It’s not installed yet, still building out cabinets and hood cover but opened box and tested..all in good working order.
The initial delivery had a noticeablel dent on the lower left side looking at it from the front. I explained with photos how it arrived. Proline initiated a free pick up order, and replaced it with another gas range - at no additional cost to me. Replacement looks perfect. Hopefully in about 3 weeks our remodel contractor will have it hooked and fired up. Looking forward to it - since my wife is a heavy duty cooking ace.

I had to wait 5 months, but the replacement filters finally became available. ProLine was courteous and professional.

I really like my Proline vented hood. We have a covered screened in patio with outside kitchen. Our grill is 42” wide so we went with the 48” wide outdoor island vented hood. It handles all the smoke no matter what I am grilling.

Love the look and operation of this hood. Installation was a nightmare, though. (We did it ourselves…didn’t hire it out.) It would be tremendously helpful if Proline would include an installation template with their range hoods showing **** placement, etc. We ultimately created a rudimentary template ourselves, and that worked.

I like the hood hate the instructions not worth a darn wind. It by ear came out better. Instructions could be a **** of a lot better.
It's really great....the light is awfully bright but other than that it really looks sleek and makes my kitchen look bigger!
