I ordered this design and size hood but proline called me right away to say it was the last one and it was damaged. They worked right away to help me get a replacement because I needed one right away. I am very happy with the replacement they suggested me and it is perfect. Well built, good quality and very good looking. Would highly recommend them to anyone
The hood was installed today. It is sleek and modern looking and I'm looking forward to using it daily. It seems to be quieter than my old one, so that's nice. The remote is a cute addition. Perfect replacement part. Just snapped the wire connector together, popped the light in the hood and the light worked perfectly. I thought it was strange that both bulbs went out at the same time, but no problems after installing them.

This is the perfect hood for my kitchen!! The architectural style is clean and contemporary. the exhaust motor has multiple setting and very powerful. At full speed I though my kitchen was going to take off!! Also, there is plenty of illumination, you won't miss a thing while cooking. This is the perfect product for me. Extremely happy.
great hood but lacks installation instructions for the hood... exhaust tube has instruction but nothing on how to mount the hood itself.

Installed this for an outdoor kitchen. First thing to know is that this thing is large and much heavier than your typical range hood. Mounting was easy with the included bracket. I really appreciate the lighting which consists of adjustable eye-ball LED lights that are controlled by a dimmer switch. The two fans are controlled by separate speed control ****, but you can use the separate power switch to turn both fans on to the preset speed. The stainless cabinet is quite heavy and looks like it will be durable. All edges were nicely finished, no sharp areas. Ducting was fairly simple, but you do need to duct both fans separately. In my case I rotated the fans for straight venting out the back and used an 8" starter duct to extend the duct to the outside of the wall. Then I added round, stainless slotted vent covers for a nicely finished look. The wall this is mounted on is 2 x 6 with porcelain tile on the inside and stucco on the outside, We built the wall framing specifically to accommodate the two fans, ducting and mounting bracket. We built a box around the mounting bracket and tiled over it for a clean, finished look.

The hood seems to be very high quality. I installed it a few days ago (I am the homeowner). It was pretty straight forward after I called an got a question answered about the instructions. I guess the instructions are generic and they kept referring to a "mounting bracket", which is not required for this model. I was able to speak to a tech support person and she was helpful. Anyway, I was able to install it after I got the under-cabinet area leveled out with the front cabinet edge by adding two layers of filler plywood. It looks very nice, fits the space really well and the fan is very strong. We also really like the bright, warm light it provides. Overall I am very satisfied.

Sleek design with rounded corners makes the range hood look awesome, even when it's switched off. Control buttons are practical and kept to a minimum: power, lights and vent level. Honestly, does one truly need another clock in the kitchen? The lights are a delight; the stovetop is brightly illuminated. The range hood does its job beautifully, with four venting options that should satisfy the needs of the most discerning chef. Myself, I am very happy. And last, but not least, I wanted a high quality, domestically made product. Thank you for stepping up to the plate and providing the best. :)
