Our range hoods come with a 3-year limited warranty. In the first year, we cover parts and labor, while in the second and third years we cover parts only. For warranty claims, contact customer service at support@prolinerangehoods.com. You can request a return by creating a ticket online or by calling (877)901-5530. Please note, this warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship and applies solely to the original purchaser at the original installation site. Acts of negligence, misuse, or improper installation can void the warranty.
