The 36" Dual Telescopic Chimney Extension for PLFW 129 E/J 30"–36" Range Hoods is the high-ceiling chimney extension for the PLFW 129 E/ J range hoods in 30 and 36 inch widths, covering ceiling gaps that exceed the 48-inch coverage of the 24-inch extension option. Two sections extend above the hood's chimney and lock in position, providing up to 72 inches of total vertical coverage above the hood.
Compatibility & Sizing
Compatible with the PLFW 129 E and PLFW 129 J range hoods in 30 inch and 36 inch widths — standard stainless steel finish. Both 36-inch sections fully extended reach a maximum of 72 inches above the hood's chimney top. For ceiling gaps of 48 inches or less, a 24-inch dual telescopic extension is separately available for these same hood models and widths.

What is Proline’s Warranty?
All Proline Range Hoods come with a 3-year limited warranty covering parts and labor in the first year, and parts only in years two and three. All Proline gas ranges and gas cooktops come with a limited 1-year warranty covering parts and labor. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and installation site, excluding damage from misuse, improper installation, or certain appliance setups. Warranty claims must be filed within 10 days of defect discovery. Customer-submitted images grant DZV Distributing LLC rights to use such content. Proline is not liable for incidental damages. Contact customer service for any claims or questions; specific legal rights may vary by state.

How fast do I get my hood?
Quick Processing: Orders ship within 1-2 business days after being placed.
Large Items: For hoods larger than 40 inches, we use LTL freight with a trusted partner for extra protection. Heads Up: The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment, so be prepared!

What is the Return Policy?
- Returns for non-defective items may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within this timeframe, and we will work with you to repair, replace, or fully refund the item at no cost to you. We’ll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you'll get your refund even more quickly. This time frame includes: Transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days). Time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). Time it takes your bank to process our refund request is 5 to 10 business days).

Why do damages need to be reported within 5 business days?
The carriers require a 5-day window for reporting any damage after accepting the shipment! Check your product as soon as you receive it to make sure there’s no damage! Please report any damage or defects to Proline within the first 5 days of delivery.
What does final assembly in the US mean?
Proline conducts final assembly domestically for greater control over quality.
Rigorous Inspection: Components, like stainless steel panels and motors, are tested for performance and durability before assembly.
Finish Perfection: During assembly, we verify that each range hood has a flawless finish, refinishing or improving stainless steel if needed to remove any scratches or imperfections.
