Important Tip: The carriers require a 5-day window for reporting any damage after accepting the shipment! Check your product as soon as you receive it to make sure there’s no damage! Please report any damage or defects to Proline within the first 5 days of delivery.

Returns Policy:

• You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• We’ll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
• You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you'll get your refund even more quickly. This time frame includes:
• Transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days).
• Time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
• Time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All of our hoods come with a 3-year limited warranty. The first year we cover both parts and labor, while the second and third year we cover replacement parts only.
