Do you need a chimney extension?
Our range hoods come with a 3-year limited warranty. In the first year, we cover parts and labor, while in the second and third years we cover parts only. For warranty claims, contact customer service at support@prolinerangehoods.com. You can request a return by creating a ticket online or by calling (877)901-5530. Please note, this warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship and applies solely to the original purchaser at the original installation site. Acts of negligence, misuse, or improper installation can void the warranty.

One of the most requested size for one of our more popular range hoods, the PLFW 750 now also comes in the 30" and 36" wide sizes. It has all of the bells and whistles that the other sizes bring, like the 900 CFM blower, the 6-speed touch panel, the easy-to-clean baffle filter, as well as the 15 minutes shut-off timer. It is one of the strongest and more efficient range hoods of that size. The design is made to be slick and incredibly modern, not calling attention to it and yet it does its job better than any range hood in the industry.

Shipping Returns
Quick Processing: Orders ship within 1-2 business days after being placed.
Large Items: For hoods larger than 40 inches, we use LTL freight with a trusted partner for extra protection. Heads Up: The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment, so be prepared!
Fast Delivery: Expect your order to arrive within 3-8 business days.
Important Tip: The carriers require a 5-day window for reporting any damage after accepting the shipment! Check your product as soon as you receive it to make sure there’s no damage! Please report any damage or defects to Proline within the first 5 days of delivery.
Returns Policy:
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- We’ll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you'll get your refund even more quickly. This time frame includes:
- Transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days).
- Time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
- Time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
