Carson keeps the engine running at Proline — and he's been part of it longer than almost anyone. He started with the company at 15, assembling range hoods and working the warehouse floor as a teenager, and grew up in the business learning it from the ground up.

As Operations Manager, he now oversees everything from inventory and quality control to product development and customer experience, making sure each piece of the operation works together seamlessly. That end-to-end perspective means Carson doesn't just manage processes — he's built, packed, and shipped the products himself, and he understands how a decision on the warehouse floor affects the customer's doorstep.
