Our range hoods come with a 3-year limited warranty. In the first year, we cover parts and labor, while in the second and third years we cover parts only. For warranty claims, contact customer service at support@prolinerangehoods.com. You can request a return by creating a ticket online or by calling (877)901-5530. Please note, this warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship and applies solely to the original purchaser at the original installation site. Acts of negligence, misuse, or improper installation can void the warranty.

The 304 stainless steel option is now available for those who wish to use the range hood outdoors, making it the most customizable option we have! Remote or inline blowers/motors are available in 1300CFM for a silent solution to heavy cooking, and local blower options for 1200 CFM or 1700 CFM. The motor is also equipped with a variable speed knob for those those powerful motors, as well as easily washable dishwasher-safe baffle filters.

Large Items: For hoods larger than 40 inches, we use LTL freight with a trusted partner for extra protection. Heads Up: The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment, so be prepared!
Fast Delivery: Expect your order to arrive within 3-8 business days.
Important Tip: The carriers require a 5-day window for reporting any damage after accepting the shipment! Check your product as soon as you receive it to make sure there’s no damage! Please report any damage or defects to Proline within the first 5 days of delivery.
Returns Policy:
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- We’ll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you'll get your refund even more quickly. This time frame includes:
- Transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days).
- Time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
- Time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
