Love the look and operation of this hood. Installation was a nightmare, though. (We did it ourselves…didn’t hire it out.) It would be tremendously helpful if Proline would include an installation template with their range hoods showing **** placement, etc. We ultimately created a rudimentary template ourselves, and that worked.

I like the hood hate the instructions not worth a darn wind. It by ear came out better. Instructions could be a **** of a lot better.
It's really great....the light is awfully bright but other than that it really looks sleek and makes my kitchen look bigger!

I upgraded from a 30" electric range to a 36" induction. Part of the upgrade was a new range hood. The old one was a cheap, under cabinet hood. It didn't vent outside or have internal filters. The new one is quieter than I expected and was easy to install. It looks great with the new range.
Order was easy and delivery was as expected, on time. Have not installed the unit yet but did inspect it andpowered it. Everything seems good.
The first one that was sent was incorrect. I called and the correct one was sent immediately. Your service was fast and courteous. Your product is great with one exception, don't let the control panel get wet during cleaning. It will short it and it will require replacement.
I was very happy with the support I received from the Proline representative. My hood was 11 years old and they helped me fix it without a costly replacement
Looks great. Sounds great. Havent cooked yet because my new oven isn’t installed yet. But the contractors love it.
Looks great, arrived in perfect shape with all the listed pieces. Our house is less than half built, so I can’t comment on how it works. I CAN talk about how great it was to work with Proline on this purchase for our kitchen and another for our outdoor grill.
Proline has a wide selection and does better at describing and specifying their products than any other company we looked at, which was a lot. Having access to the specs, good photos, unboxing and setup videos, control panel images and instructions, installation instructions… there’s nothing a pair of electrical engineers like better than technical details.
Proline is fairly unique in having powerful fans in smaller hoods, though they have massive ones if that’s what you like. They also support external fans (on roof or outside wall), allowing more airflow with less noise in the kitchen.
We didn’t want a tall, hulking hood in our kitchen, but we do want 1000cfm. Proline was the only company I found with multiple (if any) hoods that met those criteria. The controls are physical buttons, discreet, easy to learn and use. The number of lights increases as the hoods get wider. There are sockets along the back for heat lamps if you want to add them.
Proline’s customer support chat and email are very knowledgeable and friendly. Their business model of selling direct without middlemen is wonderful. Place your order and a truck shows up a few days later with your hood and accessories in a well-designed shipping carton. (We live just 600 miles from Proline’s factory, so we got ours quicker than average.)

This looks very good in our kitchen. The lights are led but a warm color. The fan is no quieter than our old one, definitely not ultra quiet.
Looks great. Customer service was excellent. Mounting holes should be farther from fan body. This would help accommodate slightly wider hole opening. Little margin for error or current opening.
