Our PLJW 129 is a modern, professional-quality wall mounted range hood. It features a sleek tapered design with an unobtrusive control panel. The stainless steel push buttons blend in seamlessly with the rest of the range hood. They offer great versatility too: adjust the four-speed blower and turn your LED lights on with the push of a button! These bright lights give you great coverage of your cooktop. The 129 includes a 900 CFM single blower to efficiently filter unwanted contaminants from your kitchen air. Your kitchen air travels through stainless steel baffle filters that catch grease and dirt. All you need to do is clean these every three to four weeks to maximize the efficiency of your range hood. Fortunately, this is a really simple process: remove them from your hood and place them in your dishwasher. Easy! The 129 wall range hood will bring you exceptional power and convenience.

What is Proline’s Warranty?
All Proline Range Hoods come with a 3-year limited warranty covering parts and labor in the first year, and parts only in years two and three. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and installation site, excluding damage from misuse, improper installation, or certain appliance setups. Warranty claims must be filed within 10 days of defect discovery. Customer-submitted images grant DZV Distributing LLC rights to use such content. Proline is not liable for incidental damages. Contact customer service for any claims or questions; specific legal rights may vary by state.

How fast do I get my hood?
Quick Processing: Orders ship within 1-2 business days after being placed.
Large Items: For hoods larger than 40 inches, we use LTL freight with a trusted partner for extra protection. Heads Up: The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment, so be prepared!
Fast Delivery: Expect your order to arrive within 3-8 business days.

What is the Easy Return Policy?
• You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• We’ll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
• You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you'll get your refund even more quickly. This time frame includes:
• Transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days).
• Time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
• Time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Why do damages need to be reported within 5 business days?
The carriers require a 5-day window for reporting any damage after accepting the shipment! Check your product as soon as you receive it to make sure there’s no damage! Please report any damage or defects to Proline within the first 5 days of delivery.
What does final assembly in the US mean?
Proline conducts final assembly domestically for greater control over quality.
Rigorous Inspection: Components, like stainless steel panels and motors, are tested for performance and durability before assembly.
Finish Perfection: During assembly, we verify that each range hood has a flawless finish, refinishing or improving stainless steel if needed to remove any scratches or imperfections.
