Have not installed hood yet but have unpacked it in preparation. Quality looks good. Shipment was surprisingly fast and delivery schedule was accommodating.
Very happy with our range hood vent. Easy to install. Only thing we can find fault is fan is a little loud, but we can live with that.

A very well made hood and somewhat easy controls once you figure them out. I don’t understand with that quality why updated snd product specific instructions and manuals aren’t included

Beautiful sleek design, powerful, and superbly quiet range hood. Much better than the ones you would find in the “big box stores”. Puts the Pro in Proline. Can’t wait to install in my kitchen! Would definitely recommend!
Good looking product and seemed easy to install, well, at least for the installer who did it! 🤣One consideration is that our home builder built an exhaust duct that isn't exactly aligned with the extension so we're going to have to do a little adjustment to make it all fit. But it's clearlythe best product out there.

Complicated review. The Proline 36" range is awesome. Looks robust and beautiful. We replaced a Jenn-Air because a complex touch screen UI failed which rendered our expensive stove useless. The Proline has everything you need and nothing you don't. Delightful in its simplicity. Now the negative. 1. The add on line lists a comprehensive 3 year warranty. Not quite true. it's a one year comprehensive, and 2 years limited. Some false advertisement. Which is concerning. 2. There is no manual. 3. There is no warranty paperwork. Customer service pre sale was fantastic. Post sale, short and non specific.
The service and support from Proline was Steller! He had an issue with custom hood the proline vent was going into and Proline worked with us through a couple of exchanges to help us get the vent that would not just fit our hood but met our air flow needs! From start to Finish they were excellent! The Vent itself works wonderfully. We cannot recommended them enough!

Great hood, build quality is excellent. Paired with the 1200CFM blower it's smooth and quiet, and vents effectively without dominating the kitchen.
Even without external ventilation ducts, it can effectively remove oil smoke
