in trying to update a customers Proline hood, I was sent the wrong lights even though I thought I had described my plight accurately... the second time around, I was very thorough in my description of the issue and received the correct lights and driver to successfully fix the issue... a conversion from halogen to led lighting... even though I was frustrated initially, the customer service agent(s) were cordial and supportive and in the end my customer is thrilled.
The exhaust hood has not been installed yet but the ordering process was easy, the product arrived quickly by UPS, in good condition and the interior packaging was exceptional. I removed it from the packaging, inspected and tested. Perfect! This range hood is well made and it appears the installation instructions are clear and nicely illustrated. I have no doubt that it will meet our operational expectations. Proline is imPressive.
Had to get a couple parts (lights in this case) for my hood that was 6 years old. They came quick - reasonably priced and all worked on arrival. Nidia was a huge help.

Iam please with the service I received while ordering my range hood. everthing was exactly as the order and I was kept informed of delivery dates. The ladies with whom I spoke were very nice and well informed. All I can say is I am HAPPY! frank green
We have a hood purchased in 2015. The electrical parts and lights stopped working. I contacted Proline and was met with INCREDIBLE customer service. At their request I sent a video of my issue via email, I received a response with a few questions, and then received a recommendation for parts. The parts were reasonable in price and a steal vs purchasing a new hood.
I received the parts (which did not have any instructions for how to install). I am fairly handy and can figure things out however we made the mistake of disconnecting the circuit board partially without taking a picture. I had not way to figure out how to put it back. I called proline again and the VERY knowledgeable customer service rep emailed me a diagram and walked me through my questions in two different phone calls. Replacing the electrical panel was VERY easy. The circuit board was a little more challenging but very doable. I replaced both in about an hour and half including the time I spent on the phone. I would absolutely buy from Proline again.

Jacinda helped us get replacement lights for our hood. They shipped fast and installed easy! She was great to deal with and if anyone’s lights aren’t working, don’t wait! Call and get lit again quick!

Still working on the install (DIY) but when I tested the unit it was so quiet I had to look and make sure it was actually running.
Our new 48” Proline hood replaces an existing hood in our lanai. The venting of barbecue smoke is much improved with very low noise in comparison to our old unit. I installed the unit myself and was a simole process. I am also really happy with the improved appearance and have recommended this to others in our community.
This is a great range hood. It definitely does the job of removing cooking smells/odors, and unwanted heat. As well, it is surprisingly quiet. Which is important as my kitchen is fairly small. And last but certainly not least,, it's beautiful! Such a nice upgrade. Oh yes and the control panel on the front of the hood is a great feature. Handy, easy to wipe off, and I really love the timer feature. It allows me to set it to run for a selected amount of time, then shuts off the fan and light. Love it! Love it! Love it!
